The 8th anniversary of the National Poet Council and the Poetry Conference of Prana-2021 was held. (February 7) On Friday, the Central Kachikacha Auditorium, Segunbagicha, Dhaka. Rezaul Stalin, a poet and media personality of the Bangla Academy, was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Prominent poet Mohammad Alamgir Jewel inaugurated the program chaired by Muhammad Mosharraf Hossain, president of the Pran Mela National Poet Parishad. Founder and Executive Director of the Pran Mela National Poet Council Md. Khan Asaduzzaman PVMS. Aslam Sani, a poet and spreader of the Bangla Academy, was present as the special guest in the performance of the poet and recital. Poet Md. Aminul Islam, poet Dr Abdul Hakim, poet Muhammad Amir Hossain and senior journalist and author Badrul Alam Nabil were present on the occasion. Poet Delwar Hossain Shikdar, poet Md. Zahirul Islam Poet Zahirul Haque Vidyut, poet Munni Akhter, poet Md. Numerous poets from different districts of Bangladesh participated in the literary group. Special honors and prizes were awarded for their contribution to the literature in addition to poetry recitation, discussion. Poet Mohammad Imam Hassan (Sohan), general secretary of Dhanbari Upazila Model Press Club of Tangail, was present at the 8th founding anniversary of “Pran Mela National Poet Parishad” and recited poems.
