Heat wave may continue in 6 districts

The Meteorological Office has said that the heat wave blowing over 6 districts will continue despite rain and gusty winds in some areas of the northeastern part of the country. This information was given in a message issued by the Meteorological Office on Friday (March 14).

The message said that the extension of the low pressure area has extended to West Bengal and adjacent areas. The normal low pressure of the season is located in the South Bay of Bengal. In this situation, there may be rain and thundershowers with gusty and gusty winds temporarily in a couple of places in Sylhet division.

The message also said that the weather may remain dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies in other parts of the country. However, a mild heat wave is blowing over Faridpur, Rajshahi, Ishwardi, Khulna, Jessore and Chuadanga districts in six districts of the country and it may continue. Meanwhile, the day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country.

The weather may remain dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies in the next 48 hours. The message also states that day and night temperatures may increase slightly across the country. And rain and thunderstorms may occur towards the end of the extended 5 days.
