Actor Fazlur Rahman Babu is playing the role of a ship’s cook in ‘Mastul’. Director Mohammad Nuruzzaman became known to the audience after making his first film ‘Aam Kanthaler Chuti’. The film also won an award. This time, he is coming with his second film ‘Mastul’. The film received a ‘U’ rating (universal) from the Bangladesh Certification Board on Tuesday. Movies with a ‘U’ rating can be watched by viewers of all ages.

The film is based on the story of the employees of an oil tanker. In addition to directing, Mohammad Nuruzzaman himself wrote the story and screenplay. Regarding the background of the film, Nuruzzaman said, ‘I grew up in the port area of ​​Narayanganj. Since childhood, I have been watching various activities of the lives of shipowners. I really wanted to capture their lives in the camera frame. I got that opportunity through “Mastul” and I didn’t miss it.’

When asked about the release plan of the movie, Mohammad Nuruzzaman said, ‘We completed all the work of “Mastul” last year. The sound work of this movie was done outside the country. Now that the official permission for the release has been received, there is a plan to release the movie at a convenient time.’ Actor Fazlur Rahman Babu is playing the role of the ship’s cook in ‘Mastul’.
