Chief Advisor’s speech at BFA conference

Chief Advisor Professor. Muhammad Yunus will address the inaugural session of the Boyo Forum for Asia Annual Conference on Thursday (March 27th). Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad said that the chief adviser will address the local time at 5:30 pm.
Laos Prime Minister Sonxai Siphndon, Executive Minister of China’s State Council, Ding Shuishang, Boyo Forum for Asia Chairman Ban Ki-Moon and its Secretary General June June Hainan will address the session at the BFA International Convention Center. The Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Ku Dongu will meet with the chief adviser of Bangladesh at 2pm local time on Thursday. Professor Yunus and former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Mun will hold a bilateral meeting.
The first bilateral meeting between Professor Yunus and Chinese President Xi Jinping will be held in Beijing on March 25, where bilateral interest issues will be discussed. Professor Yunus will deliver a speech at the University of Peking (PKU) on March 25 and the university will give an honorary doctorate degree to the chief adviser of Bangladesh.
The chief adviser is expected to return home on March 25.
