The law ministry has canceled the appointment of Afroz Parveen Sylvia, a lawyer for the Supreme Court, appointed as a prosecutor of the International Crimes Tribunal. Prosecutor (Administration) Ghazi MH Tamim confirmed the cancellation of his appointment on Friday (March 27).
Earlier on Thursday (March 27th), the Supreme Court lawyer Afroz Parveen Sylvia appointed four people as a prosecutor. There was a storm of criticism about him as a fascist government was working as a supporter.
Referring to Sylvia as the leader of the Bangabandhu Awami Lawyers Council, anti -fascism lawyers demanded the cancellation of her appointment.
