To rediscover yourself in Ramadan

During the month of Ramadan, our lifestyle routine and food intake change drastically. At this time, the moisture of the skin decreases and it becomes lifeless and dry. Take a bath at least twice a day. Keep the skin clean regularly. Use moisturizer or lotion after bathing and every time you wash your face while it is still wet. This will maintain the moisture of the skin. During this time, the lips become dry, so use lip gel or petroleum jelly to maintain the moisture of the lips. Choose skin care products from the kitchen. We prepare Iftar every day, such as papaya, lentil dal, gram flour, cucumber juice, take a little of these and apply them on the skin and wash them off after a while.

How to take care of your skin at home

For normal skin, sandalwood paste: 1 tablespoon, tomato juice – 1 teaspoon, cucumber juice – 1 teaspoon, mix all these ingredients together to make a paste and apply it on the face, leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with water.

For dry skin, mix pistachio paste: 1 tablespoon, honey – 1 teaspoon, egg yolk – 1 and leave it on your face for 20 minutes.

For oily skin, mix multani mitti: 1 tablespoon, rose water – 1 teaspoon, lemon juice – 1 teaspoon and leave it on your face for 20 minutes. Also, baking powder can play a very effective role in making sunburned and wrinkled skin soft and smooth. First, mix baking soda with water in a bowl. Then soak a clean cloth in that water and gently wipe the sunburned skin with it. This will give relief to your sunburned skin and you will not find the dark spots on your skin after a few days.
