Trump and Zelensky meeting: Russia-Ukraine deal likely to happen

US President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Volodimir Zensky held a meeting on Saturday in St. Peters Basilika, Vatican. The meeting is believed to have been held to give a new direction to stop the Russia-Ekraine war. After the meeting, Jensky said they had discussed many important issues to stop the war.
US President Trump previously commented that Russia-Ukraine had reached very close to sign an agreement. According to him, as a result of this discussion, a permanent peace is likely to open. He said that most of the agreements were able to agree on the main issues and urged Russia-Ukraine to hold a high-level meeting.
After the meeting, a White House spokeswoman referred to the meeting as ‘fruitful’. However, it is difficult to say how successful the meeting will be. Zensky is optimistic, he said the discussion in peace can be fruitful and it can become important in history.
